Our employee communities are spaces where individuals can connect, share experiences, and uplift each other, creating a strong sense of belonging. These communities offer a support network for employees across the globe and help drive our mission of equity, well-being, and empowerment. By prioritizing the needs and voices of our communities, we ensure that every individual in Atlas has the resources and space to thrive.

Here are some of the communities we’re proud to support at Atlas:

  • The Women’s Community: This community connects women at Atlas to provide mentorship, education, and support for professional success. Representing 50% of our workforce, women have a crucial role in driving Atlas’ success, and this community ensures they have the resources they need to excel.

  • Thrive: Dedicated to promoting the holistic well-being of our employees, Thrive encourages physical and mental health. We know that healthy employees are productive employees, so this community supports a balanced approach to health and well-being, ensuring that everyone at Atlas has the tools they need to thrive.

  • Planet A: Sustainability is a core value at Atlas, and Planet A is committed to promoting environmentally responsible practices at both work and home. By raising awareness and offering guidance, this community empowers employees to take actionable steps toward a greener future.

  • Parents with Purpose: This inclusive space supports employees who are parents or interested in parenting topics. It provides resources, advice, and a safe space to balance work and family life, ensuring that our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.

  • Pride: Atlas is committed to fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ employees and their allies. The Pride community provides education, support, and celebration, ensuring LGBTQIA+ individuals feel valued, heard, and celebrated within the organization.

Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Through Initiatives

To ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion remain a priority, we have implemented several programs and initiatives across the organization. These initiatives help create an environment where employees can connect, learn, and grow together. Some of our key initiatives include:

  • Unconscious Bias Training: All new joiners at Atlas participate in required unconscious bias training to promote awareness and ensure fair, unbiased decision-making at all levels of the organization.

  • Cultural Awareness Workshops: Our newly introduced live training sessions focus on fostering real-life conversations and experiences, helping employees gain a deeper understanding of cultural differences and similarities.

  • PeopleConnect: Our internal social platform enables employees to celebrate successes, recognize peers, and share personal milestones, fostering a culture of appreciation and inclusivity.

Chris Capriccio, our Chief Technology Officer, reflects on the importance of inclusion in leadership growth. He shares, “Years ago, as a growing leader in my organization, I was given the opportunity to take Unconscious Bias training. This turned out to be one of the most influential learnings of my professional career. This training unlocked a new way of thinking about how I run my team that has directly led to more engaged and psychologically safe teammates.”
